What are the benefits of Counseling?
Sometimes kids need someone to talk to, other than their parents, who they know will not judge them for their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Counseling is a cooperative process. You, your child, and your therapist will set goals. Together, your child and his/her therapist will work to explore alternatives and learn new skills.
*No custody evaluations will be completed, and therapists operate on a “no court agenda.”
What our clients say. . .
“I feel like I can tell my counselor things that I might not want to talk about with my parents, but get better feedback than when just talking with my friends.”
“I have seen a real change in my child since he started counseling.”
